Heart

Parent and Child preschool

Our Parent and Child Preschool Classes are designed to introduce children who are crawling to 4 years the joys of gymnastics in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. These sessions offer a wonderful opportunity for parents or caregivers to actively participate alongside their little ones, fostering connection and confidence. Through age-appropriate activities, children develop fundamental motor skills, coordination, and balance while exploring gymnastics equipment. It’s all about playful learning, shared experiences, and creating precious memories together.

Our Independent Preschool Classes are perfect for children aged 3 and 4 years (in their preschool year) who are ready to explore gymnastics on their own. These sessions encourage independence and self-confidence as children engage in structured activities tailored to their developmental stage. With the guidance of our experienced coaches, children enhance their coordination, strength, and flexibility while learning basic gymnastics skills in a positive and inclusive environment. These classes are a great stepping stone to prepare young gymnasts for future recreational classes.

Recreational  Gymnastics

Our recreational / school age classes are specially designed for children aged 4 years and above, providing a safe and fun environment for them to explore the exciting world of gymnastics.

With a focus on the fundamentals of gymnastics, including rolling, acrobatics, vaulting, and swinging, our sessions are geared towards developing essential skills such as strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.

One of the key aspects of our classes is fostering teamwork and collaboration. Participants will have the opportunity to learn and grow together, building friendships and supporting each other throughout their gymnastics journey.

We follow a structured and progressive program that allows participants to steadily improve their gymnastics abilities, reaching new milestones and achieving their goals.
